My health commitments this year are hardly worth a blog entry, but, as part of the dare I must blog once a day all year.
It’s simple. I plan to be healthier this year, which is easy to do coming off of a huge weight loss. I plan to try to get into an exercise regimen, whether it’s yoga, running or a combination.
But most of all, I vow to get a full health check up and a mammogram. I’m going to be 38 and it’s time. Time to take my health seriously.
